SMSEagle can be integrated with external software such as Network Monitoring Systems, Authentication Systems and many others. Most integrations use one of two methods:

• API - the external system sends and receives messages through the SMSEagle REST API. This is the most flexible method and gives access to all device functions. See API and Developer Integration.

• Email to SMS - the external system sends a regular email and SMSEagle converts it into an SMS. No coding is needed, so it works with any software that can already send email notifications. See Email to SMS.

Depending on your environment, you can also use MQTT or SMPP.
